Lead the HR technology strategy and own the Workday roadmap, deciding which modules to add or retire and when to build in-house. Configure business processes, security, and reporting hands-on, maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and identity systems, and lead and grow the team. You’ll need

• 8+ years of HRIS experience
• Workday as primary platform
• Hands-on Workday implementation and configuration
• Experience standing up new Workday modules
• Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
