What you’d do

Review and abstract HCC codes from patient charts to ensure accurate, specific coding and documented MEAT for correct CMS-HCC risk scores. You’ll need

• High School Diploma required
• CRC certification required within 6 months of hire
• 2 years experience in healthcare or professional business environment
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM codes and CMS documentation requirements
• Minimum 95% accuracy on coding quality audits
