You’ll need

• Doctorate of Jurisprudence from accredited university
• Knowledge of Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 15.17
• Knowledge of Chapter 17 Bail
• Knowledge of criminal defense procedures and techniques
• Good written and oral communication skills
