What you’d do

Lead a team of scientists setting the technical vision and science roadmap for ads impact measurement and optimization. Design causal experiments and develop optimization algorithms with engineering and product partners, and present findings to senior leadership. Full-time in Seattle. • 4+ years of applied research experience
• 3+ years managing scientists or ML engineers
• 3+ years building ML models for business applications
• PhD, or Master's plus 6+ years applied research
