What you’d do

Lead origination and execution of securitization and structured finance deals across asset classes, including public and private issuances, warehouse financing, and repo. You’ll need

• 10+ years of securitization structuring experience (ABS and/or RMBS)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related quantitative field
• Experience at a bank, broker-dealer, accounting firm, or private credit firm
• Cash flow modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Securitization markets: public/144A, private placements, warehouse financing, repo
