What you’d do

Review loan submissions for accuracy and compliance with Freddie Mac guidelines, and help transaction managers close deals. Duties include checking financials, property information and Freddie Mac forms, and overseeing third party reports such as zoning, survey, appraisal and environmental. Full time. You’ll need

• Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• 3+ years of commercial real estate and/or finance experience is a plus
• Compliance experience with Freddie Mac or commercial real estate loans is a plus
