• 2+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, or Lean Management/Six Sigma experience
• 2+ years programming in at least one software language, or Bachelor's in computer science or equival
• Experience leading, hiring, and developing engineers
• Hands-on testing, automation, and root cause analysis
• Ownership of SOPs and engineering reports
