Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local corporate tax returns, including consolidated and multi-state filings, and quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740. Lead a team of tax professionals, develop tax strategies, and advise clients on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. Full time.
