• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of engineering team management experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience
• Experience designing custom electro-mechanical systems
• Mechanical design, fabrication, assembly and rapid prototyping
