You’ll need

• 5–7+ years commercial insurance underwriting or brokerage experience
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience in commercial or wholesale brokerage or underwriting
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and forms
• Relationship management and sales skills
