What you’d do

Own end-to-end research and development of reinforcement learning based agent improvement systems, from problem formulation through production deployment. Design preference learning, reward modeling, and policy optimization approaches for conversational agents, and build evaluation frameworks for agent quality. Full-time in Seattle. You’ll need

• 7+ years of applied research experience
• 5+ years building ML models for business applications
• PhD, or Master's degree plus 5+ years applied research
• Programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods
