What you’d do

Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers and members to resolve questions about benefits, claims, and eligibility. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years related work experience
• Professional phone voice and etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
