What you’d do

Coordinate PACE services with the interdisciplinary team, handling participant and family questions, complaints, appeals, and incident reports. Resolve Medi-Cal and Medicare issues, process involuntary disenrollments, run satisfaction surveys, and refer participants to community resources. Full time. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in social work or health/human services field
• 2+ years customer service or case management experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
