What you’d do

Accompany providers into exam rooms to observe visits and document encounters in structured notes, including history, assessment, plan, and physical exam. You’ll need

• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages where indicated
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred
