Etch Equipment Engineer

What you’d do

Engineer owns 200mm AMAT and/or TEL etch wafer fabrication equipment, driving performance to maximize capacity and yield, cutting cost of ownership, writing equipment specs, setting preventative maintenance plans, and monitoring SPC trends. You’ll need

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Chemical preferred)
• Industry experience with 200mm AMAT MXP/MXP+/SUPERE/DPS/DPSII and/or TEL DRM/SCCM in a commercial Fa
• Equipment specification writing and preventative maintenance planning
• SPC trend monitoring
• Ability to handle multiple issues and shifting priorities
