What you’d do

Engage patients using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, share personal recovery experiences, run recovery groups in ambulatory and psychiatric inpatient care, and help patients set recovery goals and navigate treatment referrals. • Personal recovery experience

• Knowledge of care transitions/Zero Suicide model preferred
