You’ll need

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, power systems, or energy engineering
• 5+ years in energy or power systems for marine, aerospace, or robotic systems
• Experience through full product development cycles
• Energy storage and power distribution architecture
• Cross-functional team leadership
