You’ll need

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management
• Prior experience with public contracting code
• Preferred: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED certification
• Preferred: experience with jails, courthouses, justice projects
