Coordinate care for kidney and pancreas transplant recipients at transplant and ongoing, working with the transplant team and referring physicians to monitor progress and treatment. Provide post-operative teaching and ongoing education, and assist in running post-transplant clinic hours. Full time, day shift, 40 hours per week.
