What you’d do

Draft and negotiate corporate and strategic transactions such as correspondent banking, intercompany agreements, tax credit equity investments, debt sales, and technology and outsourcing contracts. You’ll need

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• Ability to register as Corporate Counsel in Virginia
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactions
• Experience managing outside counsel
