Assigns ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to outpatient, clinic, inpatient physician and emergency records, and abstracts data into the network system. You’ll need

• 3 years hospital and/or physician practice outpatient coding
• Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based (CCS-P)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Certified Outpatient Coder (COC)
• ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding
