• Bachelor's in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, systems, or computer engineering
• 5–8 years related experience with Bachelor's, or 3–6 with Master's, or 0–3 with PhD
• Test engineering and systems integration experience
• Test procedure and verification plan development
• Automated test configuration and instrumentation
