What you’d do

Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs in a commercial building, including fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures and outlets, and installing ceiling tiles and shelving. You’ll need

• 2-4 years construction or facility maintenance trades experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
• Manual labor indoors and outdoors for extended periods
• Use hand and power tools safely
