What you’d do

Provide IT support including monitoring helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft Office issues, setting up employee equipment, and coordinating upgrades. You’ll need

• Enrolled in Associate or Bachelor degree program in IT or related field
• Knowledge of MS Windows desktop
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
