Pathologist Assistant I (Thurs - Mon, 5:30am to 2:00pm)

What you’d do

Assist pathologists by reviewing pathology reports, performing macrodissection and microdissection of tumor areas, marking tissue slides, ordering tests, and supporting pathology operations. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology
• Certified Cytotechnologist (ASCP) or Pathologist Assistant (ASCP or AAPA) or Histotechnologist (ASCP
• Ability to identify tumor and normal tissue on stained slides
• Experience with micro and macro dissection techniques
• Thursday to Monday, 5:30am to 2:00pm shift
