You’ll need

• Completed or enrolled in accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote
