Maintenance Technician

What you’d do

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical building systems including chillers, boilers, and air handlers. You’ll need

• 3-5 years hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with chillers, boilers, air handlers, controls
• Mechanical equipment repair (pumps, motors, BAS)
• Electrical systems repair (lighting, panel boards, motor controls)
• CMMS experience, Maximo preferred
