Leads human resources for the college, overseeing HR operations and compliance with federal and state law, FERPA and college policy. • Master's in HR, business, public administration or related
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent)
• Leadership experience in higher education or multi-location organization
• Knowledge of FERPA and federal/state employment law
