What you’d do

Monitor facility infrastructure and respond to, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms in a data center operations center. Perform change management tasks and create tickets. You’ll need

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in technical support or troubleshooting and documenting findings
• 1+ years customer facing IT or physical security systems/infrastructure experience
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Rotating shift work including weekends, nights, holidays, overtime
