What you’d do

Supervise maintenance mechanics and contractors doing electrical and mechanical upkeep, including HVAC, refrigeration and water treatment repairs. You’ll need

• Supervisory experience over maintenance personnel and contractors
• Mechanical troubleshooting of HVAC, refrigeration and water treatment
• Building control system operation and calibration
• Knowledge of safety practices and emergency procedures
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education
