Supervise production teams in assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and labor utilization goals are met while coaching frontline employees. • Bachelor's in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or related
• Supervising production teams
• Lean Manufacturing and structured problem solving (5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC, 8D)
• Safety policies, PPE and lockout/tagout
• Time studies and capacity analysis
