Analyze telemetry and logs and do hands-on debugging to find root causes of failed Starlink Wi-Fi, phased-array, and power supply hardware. Build tools and software to assess customer hardware reliability and run internal betas before product launches. On-site in Bastrop, TX, with extended hours and weekends as needed.
