What you’d do

Provide in-home community health services to pediatric behavioral health patients and their families in Clay, Platte, and Ray counties. See 12-15 families a week, handling clinical case management, crisis intervention, therapy, and consultation with community agencies. Full time; remote after 90 days with on-site team meetings.
