What you’d do

Supports ICF's Meetings & Events program, handling event intake, logistics, venue sourcing, catering and supplier coordination, purchasing, and compliance. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in meetings, events, hospitality, or procurement
• Venue sourcing and supplier negotiation
• Strong written and verbal communication
