What you’d do

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, including AP/AR, general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, oversee tenant billing and CAM reconciliations, analyze budget variances, and help build annual operating budgets. Full time. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-6 years of accounting experience
• 2+ years in commercial real estate or property management accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP for real estate operations
