What you’d do

Advise HR partners, managers and business units on U.S. and Canada immigration options and manage employment-based visa cases such as H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM with outside counsel. You’ll need

• 6+ years managing high-volume U.S. employment-based immigration cases
• 6+ years advising stakeholders on immigration requirements and visa strategy
• Experience with H-1B, E-3, L-1A/B, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485
• U.S. and Canada immigration knowledge
• Case management system tracking
