What you’d do

Prepares and cooks food in assigned production areas, sets up items by designated times, and coordinates with chefs and supervisors on daily activities. Also maintains cleaning and sanitation of cooking equipment and preps ingredients for the next day. Schedule is Monday to Friday 12:30pm to 9:00pm with rotating weekends. You’ll need

• City of Ft. Worth Food Handler's Card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years healthcare, institutional or restaurant cooking experience
• Food preparation experience
• Rotating weekend shifts
