What you’d do

Provide inpatient and/or outpatient palliative care consultation, manage pain and complex symptoms, lead goals-of-care and advance care planning discussions, and support patients and families through care transitions. You’ll need

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited residency program
• Board certified or eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in applicable state
• Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred
