What you’d do

Own and administer global leave programs including parental, medical, military, workers' comp and statutory leaves, and handle accommodations. Improve leave workflows, automation and reporting while partnering with People Partners, Payroll and Benefits. On-site five days a week in San Mateo, Salt Lake City or Tempe. • Experience calculating leave top-ups for variable comp
