Provides physical therapy by evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients. • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational therapy
• State Licensure
• 2 years as a practicing OT in healthcare
• 1 year experience with hand therapy clientele
• Certified Hand Therapist Licensure or preparation for CHT certification
